The new vibration analyzer with balancing software BALTECH VP-3470 series is a unique development of our company. Now balancing of flywheels, discs and rotor impellers of dynamic equipment can be performed in several steps. The training balancing stand shows visually all unbalance symptoms of flywheels, discs and impellers on training courses ТОР-102 «Balancing fundamentals».
Unbalance symptoms. Notes:
1) If there are other critical harmonic amplitudes multiple of rotation frequency, other defects are also possible.
2) If one value 1X in radial direction is 3-5 times higher than other, another defect is also possible (e.g. resonance).
3) Unbalance appears always on 1Х peak, but 1Х peak is NOT ALWAYS a symptom of unbalance
Phase measurement.
1) Check a phase horizontally and vertically (the phase has to turn for 90 grades +/- 20 grades). The note: If the phase turns for 0 grades or for 180 grades +/- 30 grades, you have to check resonance.
2) If the phase is not constant, you have to check looseness on the machine.
3) Check phase periodicity. You have to perform measurement with the device BALTECH VP-3470 3 times. Periodicity and deviation must be not less than 3%.
The main balancing methods for machines, flywheels, discs and impellers.
1) Graphical vector method (manually)
2) Manual balancing with the stroboscope BALTECH VP.
3) Automatic balancing. This method is also called coefficient-setting method.
